Which software shall I use to view the movies?
Most of the movies are WMV, AVI, MPG, MP4 format, please check the
table below to choose your favourite programs.
Avi movies require avi/dixv codec for viewing, download and install
Avi/Divx

Why haven't I received my download links immediately?
If you have been a customer of chubold for more than
6 months, you can download your purchase instantly.
If you are a first time customer or have been with us less than
6 months, your download order is processed manually by the billing company "Dragonfans System" to prevent frauds.
Normally it would take 1 - 12 hours to process your order, we thank you for your patience.
If you have not received the download links within 24 hours, it is
likely you might have given us a wrong email or the spam guard of your
email has caught our email.
If this is the case,
please
contact and provide us another email.
Download Time Limits:
Your download account will expire in a certian time, don't worry though, you will have plenty of time to download as long as you've got broadband.
1 - 2 movies - 48 hours (2 days) to download.
3 - 5 movies - 72 hours (3 days) to download.
6 - 10 movies - 90 hours (5 days) to download.
11 + movies - 240 hours (10 days) to download.
Our generated emails with download log might have been in your spam folder or blocked by your ISP, if the email is not in the spam folder, please

I can't unzip/unRAR the files, plese HELP!
All files at our server have been downloaded numerous times except for the latest titles.
It is likely that
you have downloaded a corrupted or incomplete file, usually caused by direct download from internet browser.
Don't panic though, just redownload the file or preferably, use a
Free Download Manager.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We currently
accept all major credit cards worldwide including Visa, Master Card, American
Express, JCB, Diners Club International & Discover.
Regular customers can use Paypal, but you must
contact us first.
Money Order and Cash are not accepted, sorry for the inconvenience.
If there is no payment option for you, we still can exchange.

What's your refund policy?
Due to the nature of download, we can not refund your purchase. Please refer the screenshots carefully,
contact us if you have any questions before you place an order.
All files have been tested and playable at PC/Macs, otherwise we won't post them online.

I've lost all my movies because my hard drive is dead, can I redownload them?
We are sorry that we can no longer provide redownload due to the traffic cost.
Hard drive melting down is very common. Please back up your movies to an external hard drive or DVDRs once you've downloaded the movies.

Can I have my movies sent by Post?
Yes, we can send your movies FREE by Airmail, it normally takes 7 - 21 days to US, JAPAN; 7 - 14 days to most European countries.
Note that the amount of your order must be
US$80 or over.
12.
All all of the models on chubold over the age of 18?
Yes, they all are, we don't host any underaged materials. Some teen models look young, please calm down and don't be easily deceived by the look,

How do I become a member?
Simple, just buy a video and you will become a member.

How many titles can I purchase in one order?
You can purchase 30 titles in one order. This is due to the shopping cart security limitation. If you want to buy more, just place another order.
15.
What is "My Wish List" for?
Our video Store has more than 2500 titles, after you have spent hours searching your movies and you have found some interesting ones,
but you haven't decided to buy then now,
"My Wish List" comes in handy, simply add the movies to your "Wish List".
When the time you feel like buying them comes,
go to your Wist list and transfer your favourite movies to the shopping cart,
this way
you don't have to search your favourite movies all over again, "My Wish List" saves your time.
16.
What is "Order Form" for since I can purchase through the shopping cart?
The "Order From" under "Quick Navigation" is used when the shopping cart doesn't function or you've forgotten your password.
Please note that we process Order Form manually, it takes longer time to process.
