1. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping with us is completely safe, Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.
It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

2. What name will be shown on my credit card statement?
The charge will be billed shown as "Dragonfans Inc".

3. Which software shall I use to view the movies?
Most of the movies are MPEG format, you will need to have MPEG playback software. Please check the links below for the necessary software for your specific computer.
Some titles are AVI (mpeg4), you will need a free avi/dixv codec for your PC, otherwise you will see no picture but sound. Download and install Divx codec here.

4. Why haven't I received my download links immediately?

• Although you can download the files by right clicking on the link and "Save target as" to the hard drive, however this will work when the size of the movie is small (within 50MB),
  most of movies are more than 400MB, they have been split into several smaller files (110MB each).
  so we strongly recommend you to use a download manager to download the movies.
  If the download is interrupted due to connection error or you manually abort the download, you can resume download anytime with a download manager.
  
  
  
• FREE Download Manager (PC users).
  We are excited to introduce you a brilliant free Download Manager from http://www.freedownloadmanager.org
  After you install and launch the program, you will see a small box at the right bottom corner of your desktop (just above the system tray), right click on the box > show main window.
  The rest is pretty straight forward, click "Add Download" - The blue button with a cross sign, this will open a small window.
  
  
  
  
• After all URLs are added, Click the Green button to start download.
  
  
  
  
• Speed Download Lite (Mac users)
  Unfortunately, we haven't found a free download manager for Mac users, the best download manager for Mac so far is the Speed Download lite from http://www.yazsoft.com/ ,
  it has a 21 days trial, after the trial, you will have to pay US$20 to get the license.
  If you don't want to use a download manager, you can ctrl + click the link > "download linked file" directly from safari, however, when the internet connection is unstable, you will likely download corrupted files.
  when this happens, you are unable to unzip the files and you will have to download the files again, it is time wasting. If you are pretty confident about your internet connection and you don't have a lot files to download, then you don't have to buy the Speed Download, it is totally up to you, we are not associated with yazsoft.
  
  Using Speed Download is very similar to Free download manager for PC, After the program is installed, go to "Preferences" in the Speed Download, in Setup, choose "Manual".
  The reaon to choose "Manual" is that you will have more controls later.
  
  
  
  Click the RED + button to add a new download, copy and paste the URLs into "File URL",
  you can add all the URLs you receive in there, make sure you separated the URL by hitting "return" key.
  Check "Authoentication required", enter the user name and password that you receive by email.

  
  
  
  After all URLs are added, click "Add", then click the red triangle button "Start" to start the download.
  
  
  
• Most of the movies are compressed as RAR format split in a few smaller files for easy download, some movies are zip format.
  ***PC users can use WinRAR to decompress the RAR and zip files. If you need the register key

  ***Mac users can use MacPAR or a free program "UnRarX" to decompress the RAR files***
  Note that there are a lot of programs that can decompress the RAR files, the programs mentioned above are just some of them we know.

• Attention: AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail users:
  
  If you haven't received order confirmation and email with download links within 24 hours after placing your orders,
  check your spam/bulk folder of your email accounts, our emails might have been there.
  If there isn't any, this could mean that your email filter has blocked and deleted our emails.
  
  Hotmail: "Option" - "Junk Email protection" - "Safe list", add "usa.net" and "dragonfans.net".
  Yahoo: "Options" - "Turn Spamguard off"
  AOL: you need to do the following:
  
  Change the settings:

1.) Open AOL then click on Mail on the top tool bar
2.) Go down to Block Unwanted E-mail and click on it, that will open up the filter settings.
3.) Change the setting that says delete spam e-mail automatically. You need to change this to “send it to the spam folder.” (By default it is deleted.)
4.) Save the settings.

Now you need to make it a habit of checking the spam folder on a regular basis and UN BLOCK anything that isn’t spam. This will teach the filter what is and isn’t spam, and after a while you will start getting fewer and fewer false positives (email you actually want) in your spam folder.

With the e-mails set to auto delete, that is telling AOL that anything their filter thinks is spam, is in fact spam … even if it isn’t.

Now regarding unblocking our emails. Here’s how:
